if you are using MySQL for both, you should be able to pretty much use it as is.
( As far as I can recall, there is no difference at all between those ... so you should be able to use as is. ( Keep in mind that I am just referring to the stock version.

If you made any custom mods to your CF version, then you will need to replicate them in the PHP version.
